This master’s degree in Corporate Law is made for you.
You will specialise in certain areas (economic and business law, legal professions or insurance law) while focusing on general law, which is the only way to guarantee a comprehensive, high-level general training.
A large amount of time is also devoted to work placements, dissertations and collaborative work (practical exercises, role-playing), designed to develop your legal skills through the acquisition of know-how, analysis and advice.
