“Images occupy a very special place. More than 20 000 years ago, men and women like us felt the urgent need to leave a visual trace of their passage, as shown by the drawings in the Lascaux caves. Nowadays, images are part of our daily lives. A mobile screen now accompanies us everywhere.
From professional video recording to Tik Tok, from traditional radio to podcasts, from artistic to social and solidarity economy projects, the Audiovisual and Digital Project Management (DPAN) programme supports its students in discovering, learning and perfecting the use of new technologies in the creation of media content.
The Master’s degree is entirely project-oriented, working in direct contact with a vast network of actors in the fields of culture, heritage and the arts. Several organisations welcome us during the academic year to work with them on a range of projects, including the creation of video clips, visuals, social media animation and heritage promotion.
DPAN Master’s students attend festivals in France and abroad as part of their immersion weeks, and in their second year, they organise the ZERO1 Festival of Hybrid Arts and Digital Cultures in La Rochelle.
Today, our graduates work in major cultural, artistic and heritage institutions. The professional integration aspect of the course is boosted by a work placement of at least three months during the first year and an apprenticeship contract in the second year.”
